On 14 August, Deputy Consul General Tang Chang'an was invited to attend the donation ceremony of South Africa Soong Ching Ling Foundation to Constantia Primary School.

Deputy Consul General Tang expressed his appreciation for the overseas Chinese in the consular district, represented by the Soong Ching Ling Foundation, for their commitment to charity and public welfare, and for their active integration into and contribution to the local community, and expressed his hope that these feats of kindness will sow the seeds of friendship between China and South Africa in the hearts of the children, and help them grow up and fulfill their dreams and change their lives.
