On November 16, Acting Consul General Tang Chang'an attended the award ceremony for the Consulate General's Chinese Dream Scholarship.

Tang extended warm congratulations to the scholarship recipients. He expressed his heartfelt thanks to the Chinese International School of Cape Town and its Chinese teachers for their contribution to overseas Chinese language education, and motivated the students to make persistent efforts to pass on and carry forward Chinese culture together, and to become ambassadors and bridges to promote friendly exchanges and cooperation between China and South Africa.
