On July 23, Consul General You Wenze attended the donation event of Fujian Overseas Chinese Association Western Cape.

He mentioned that the friendship between China and South Africa has a long history. Just like other Chinese Communities in South Africa, Fujian Overseas Chinese Association Western Cape has always been passionate about charity. Today’s donation is another proof of heart-to-heart connection between Chinese people and South African people, a true reflection of our will to stand together to overcome the difficulty of life, and a strong testimony of the friendship that Chinese people show to the people of South Africa. 

He emphasized that for years, through all kinds of efforts, including various donations, Chinese communities have made positive contributions to the economic construction and social development of South Africa. They are important promoters and builders of China-South Africa friendship.
